Psychometric (PF16) Test 16 PF gives a generalized view (self-image) of personality and helps to understand the individual’s personality in relation to the environment. It elucidates the cause-and-effect of an individual’s personality and behaviour and also projects their future tendencies. The test enables the students to become aware of their strengths and areas of development and also provides scope for further development in general. The projected behaviour applies to all types of environment (including work environment) if the person does not affect conscious/unconscious change (mask).These findings are relevant to overall personality development and also address conscious/subconscious issues which could affect the individual. Hence it enables the individual to take address and resolve the issues. This could also have the desired effect on the work environment too. |
